Booking conditions

 

When you wish to book with us, you will receive a proposal which is binding upon acceptance by both parties. You accept, by paying the requested payment to Corazon apartments.

If you will arrive within a month, the house / apartment is booked when the payment is credited to our account.

If it takes more than a month before arriving, you will receive a proposal asking for 50% of the total amount. With the receipt of this payment, within 4 days after date of invoice, your house or apartment has been booked.

You will always receive an invoice containing all of the information by email at the latest by the month in which you will arrive. This invoice is also your booking confirmation.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

It is your own responsibility to complete a travel and cancellation insurance.

If you wish to cancel the accommodation after booking, we will charge you the following costs:

Cancellation by more than 12 weeks before the day of arrival: 25% of the stay.

Cancellation between 8 and 12 weeks before the day of arrival: 50% of the stay.

Cancellation between 4 and 8 weeks before the day of arrival: 75% of the accommodation fee.

Cancel between 4 weeks and the day of arrival: the total amount of accommodation.

 

House Rules Corazon Apartments

 

Check-in at Corazon Apartments is available from 15:00 unless otherwise agreed. Check-out is at 11.30, but we will also be able to handle this if possible, if discussed before.

It is not possible to give or to have a party at Corazon Apartments, on the premises, or at the pool without the express permission of one of the owners. Guests may wish to register in advance, as well as logees.

Upon check-out we will walk through the apartment together with you to detect any damage. This is also the time we would like to charge you the electra plus any other costs. (groceries, massages, damages). If something goes wrong during your stay, please let us know.

For first use there are coffee pads, sugar, tea, dishwashing and toilet paper. These are not replenished!

You will receive a remote to open the access gate. In case of loss / damage we will charge Naf 200, -. Make sure the remote does not get wet, because then it is broken.

 

Liability

 

Corazon Apartments accepts no liability for theft, loss, damage or injury to or to any person or person of any kind during or as a consequence of the stay in our accommodation.

In all cases, liability for damage resulting from the loss of travel pleasure or business and other consequential damages will also be excluded.
